A new electric car has been introduced from France based automobile company Citroen, which is actually a buggy electric car. It has been launched under the name of My Ami Buggy which comes with a very compact design and sturdy build. The company has made it by taking inspiration from My Ami electric car. The price of My Ami Buggy starts from $ 13029 (approximately Rs. 10.78 lakh). This is a limited edition vehicle introduced by the company, which has been told to manufacture only 1000 units. This electric vehicle will be made available in more than 10 countries. In June it will be launched in select countries of Europe like Spain, France, Italy etc. It is said to launch in Morocco and Turkey but will not be available in the US.

As mentioned earlier, this new electric vehicle is based on the Ami electric car. It can be easily driven by anyone as it has a very compact design. Introduced as a rugged electric vehicle, this buggy comes in khaki and black color combination which gives it a rugged look. My Amy Buggy has an 8 horsepower motor. It has a 5.4kWh battery which can run it at a speed of 45 kilometers per hour. Talking about the range, this EV can be taken up to 74 kilometers on a single charge.

The special thing is that no window or door has been given in it. It has a plastic cover and waterproof fabric has been used. The company has built it on the open air concept, which gives a feeling of openness after sitting. The concept of My Ami Buggy was introduced by the company in 2021. It got a very good response from the people. After that the company prepared its limited units. And surprisingly its 150 units were sold out in just 20 minutes.
