This bail has been given to Satyendar Jain on health grounds to improve his declining health. Jain’s health was bad for the last few days. The ED opposed the hearing in the Supreme Court regarding his bail. The counsel appearing for the ED said that Satyendar Jain has been the jail and health minister in the Delhi government, so the report of LNJP hospital cannot be relied upon. We demand that an independent medical board of AIIMS doctors examine his health and based on that, if it feels that he should be granted bail, then the court is free to take its decision.
The court said that AAP leader Satyendar Jain will be granted bail with conditions on medical grounds. As per the conditions of the bail granted on health grounds, he will not be able to leave Delhi without permission. He will stay away from any kind of political rhetoric.
