Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi is talking about her Ozempic back to wearing it, and this time, she’s updating fans on a 30-pound weight loss.
GG is all about helping you lose weight
previous Shahs of the sunset Star spoke a few months ago about using Ozempic to help her lose weight. The transparency of it was surprising as most people are willing to keep it a secret rather than being honest when using it.
“I don’t see a reason to hide being on a diet to lose weight [medication] or a cosmetic procedure,” he told entertainment weekly. “Only talk about it because a lot of people want to do the same or learn about what you did.”
She acknowledged: “Obviously, I didn’t look like this two months ago.” And there’s no way she can lie, so she’s telling the truth. “Then all of a sudden, to lose almost 30 pounds, I’d be lying if I said I stopped drinking alcohol and suddenly started exercising like some people say.”
Ozempic hasn’t gotten in the way of foodies
GG has always loved food and says using Ozempic hasn’t hurt that, as some have assumed. “I am a little hungry. Look, I’m going to smoke some pot and eat for good,” he joked to the news organization.
She shared in February that her doctor recommended Ozempic for her due to some underlying health issues. She revealed the news about her in an Instagram Live post where she also showed her followers how easy it is to inject.
“Unfortunately, due to my health, I had to take a lot of steroid injections last year, which caused me to gain some weight. It has taken me a long, long, long time to get rid of that weight.”
GG criticized fake users
The mother-of-one used the IG Live moment to blast celebrities who were rumored to be taking the magic drug but wouldn’t admit it. “I did what all the people are doing and lying. I’m on the weight loss shots, honey, okay?
She continues. “I’m just not going to lie about it because I always hold the truth about what’s fake.” In February, she dropped 9 pounds, starting at 137 pounds, and she wasn’t ashamed to share it. This was the heaviest GG she’d ever had, and she needed a reprieve.
“I have never, ever weighed more than 121-22 lbs. As well as being pregnant, so it may not seem like a lot to some people, but to me, it is.” GG left his fans with a warning that day.
“If you see people losing weight so fast all of a sudden and claiming they are ‘healthy’ for the first time in their lives, or that they are sober from alcohol that is making them gain so much weight… which they do, that’s why I don’t want to drink, but most likely they’re just having the shots.”
