Honkai Star Rail Next Banners

The next banners for Phase 2 of version 1.0 will be Swirl of Heavenly Spear and Brilliant Fixation. These are the character and Light Cone banners respectively. This is what you should know about the new character and his signature weapon.

Swirl of Heavenly Spear introduces Jing Yuan. The banner will last for 3 weeks from May 27, 2023 to June 7, 2023.

Jing Yuan will be a 5-star character. Her element is Lightning and she will be from the path of Erudition. That means that she will be excellent at targeting multiple enemies with the help of her AoE attacks. Her combat abilities include the following moves:

shimmering light – Basic attack
Rifting Zenith – Ability
Light carrier – Last
excised prana – Talent
command talisman – Technique

Before Dawn is Jing’s signature cone of light. His base stats are as follows:

HP: 48
ATK: 28
DEF: 18

With it you also get the Overlay: Long Night. This is what it does at base level 1:

Increases the user’s CRIT DMG by 32%. Increases the user’s ability and ultimate damage by 20%. After the user uses their Skill or Ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Triggering a follow up attack will consume Somnus Corpus and the DMG of the follow up attack will be increased by 48%.
