Mumbai : Wrestlers have been staging a sit-in at Jantar Mantar in Delhi for a long time against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, President of the Indian Wrestling Federation, meanwhile the South Industry Veteran actor Kamal Haasan has come in support of the wrestlers. Yes, the actor has supported the wrestlers by tweeting from his Twitter handle.
The actor wrote, “Today marks 1 month of protests by athletes from the wrestling fraternity. Instead of fighting for national pride, we have forced them to fight for personal security. Fellow Indians, who deserves our attention, our national sporting icon or a politician with an extensive criminal history?” Fans are praising him fiercely on this tweet of the actor.

Wrestlers have accused Brij Bhushan of molestation and harassment. Many wrestlers like Bajrang Punia, Sakshi Malik and Vinesh Phogat are continuously protesting for their demands.
