Jabalpur News: A case of cheating has been registered against four partners of a private hospital in Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh. The police have registered a case against four partners of Omega Children’s Hospital, Dr. Balwant Harshe, Nirupama Harshe, Sujjal Bhatia and Dr. Neeta Bhatia, under other sections including cheating. All the four accused are currently out on bail from the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

According to the case, on the basis of the complaint of Dr. Anand Kumar Tiwari and Sudhanshu Tiwari, the police had conspired and investigated to grab the property of the firm through forged documents. On January 9, 2023, in the FIR, a case was registered against the four accused Dr. Balwant Harshe, his wife Dr. Nirupama Harshe, Dr. Neeta Bhatia and her husband Sujjal Bhatia under Section 406 of Khayanat in Amanat and Section 120-B of criminal conspiracy Was.
Police increased the section after investigation
After a detailed investigation, the police has presented the challan in the court under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC while increasing the sections. The four partners are accused of arbitrarily voiding the partnership deed without taking the other party into confidence. Not only this, the firm’s resources, equipment and capital were divided among themselves and the employees were transferred to the new firm.
New firm formed with similar name
Please tell here that the complainant Dr. Anand Kumar Tiwari and Sudhanshu Tiwari had also given an application to the Superintendent of Police. It was alleged in the application that a firm was registered in 2008 by the name of Omega Hospital and Blood Bank. In this, Dr. Balwant Harshe, Dr. Nirupama Harshe, Sujjal Bhatia and Dr. Neeta Bhatia were partners along with the applicant father-son. In the year 2018, due to mutual differences, the accused four partners conspired and formed Omega Children Hospital firm with a similar name. These four partners started operating a new hospital in the same building with a similar name with the same machines, equipments, employees. All the four partners have already got bail from the court.
