Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge are embroiled in a new controversy. Apart from these two, some other leaders have been accused of making inflammatory statements referring to the caste of President Draupadi Murmu. In the complaint filed against these leaders, it has been said that they gave these provocative speeches while talking about the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament House.
These leaders have been accused of creating enmity against two communities/groups and creating disbelief against the Government of India by making such statements for political gains. A complaint has been lodged in the matter under sections 121, 153A, 505 and 34 of the IPC.
