Shubman Gill
Shubman Gill, the rising star of Gujarat Titans and India, has done wonders in IPL 2023. He has scored his third century in the season. After scoring centuries against Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the league stage, he decimated the Mumbai Indians batsmen in Qualifier 2. Gill completed his century in 49 balls in this innings. Now he has become only the third player to score more than two centuries in a season of IPL. Before him, only Virat Kohli and Jos Buttler were able to do this. Gill played an innings of 129 runs in 60 balls which included 7 fours and 10 sixes.
Along with scoring 9 runs in this innings, Shubman Gill had also won the Orange Cap. At the same time, his name has been scored above 800 and the Orange Cap has almost been confirmed by this player. There is no player around him who is present in the playoffs. Gill had earlier scored 101 off 58 balls against Sunrisers Hyderabad and 104 not out off 52 balls against RCB. He also became the youngest player to score a century in the IPL playoffs. At the same time, Gill has become the seventh player to score a century in the IPL playoffs. Murali Vijay, Virender Sehwag, Jos Buttler, Wriddhiman Saha, Rajat Patidar and Shane Watson had done so before him.

Had done But now Shubman Gill has left all of them behind. If we talk about centuries this season, then this 12th century has come to the fore. Out of which three centuries were scored by Gill and two centuries by Virat Kohli.
