Dashcam footage shows the moment a bus indicated it should turn right before being struck by a Holden Commodore on Towncentre Drive in Thornlie on Wednesday.
The video shows the car being pushed by the bus for several metres.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and treated several bus passengers with minor injuries.
Western Australia Police charged the teenager with dangerous driving.
