Wrestlers Protest | I am ready for live narco test, but wrestlers should be tested first: WFI chief Brij Bhushan Singh

New Delhi, Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) President and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has accepted the challenge of conducting a live narco test. However, Singh has first demanded the narco test of the wrestlers.

Brij Bhushan Singh said, “I am ready for the narco test. He (the player making the allegation) should also undergo a narco test. First they conduct narco test, I am ready for live test also. The police have interrogated me even 5-6 hours ago. If the police have to inquire further, then I will go for that.

The WFI chief said, “I respect the judiciary and will respect their decision. Why are they (wrestlers) protesting even after the FIR has been registered?”

Earlier, accepting the challenge of wrestler Brij Bhushan Sharan, he had said that he would be ready to undergo narco test. Vinesh Phogat had said, “I would like to tell Brij Bhushan that not only Vinesh, all the girls who have given complaints are ready to undergo narco test. It should be made live so that the whole country can know about his cruelty towards the daughters of the country. Vinesh said, “The whole country should know the kind of atrocities and injustice we faced.”

At the same time, Bajrang Punia had said, “We are ready to face the narco test but we also want him (Brij Bhushan) to face the Supreme Court monitored trial which will be telecast live on national television.” He said, “We would like to see what questions are being asked. They have asked me and Vinesh to get narco test done, but why only we two, narco test should also be done for all the girls who have filed complaints.”
